ASU’s Office for Veteran and Military Academic Engagement (OVMAE) invites you to a screening of “In a Box,” a student-produced short documentary about deported, noncitizen U.S. Military veterans directed by ASU liberal arts master’s student Rob Cuthbert, a post-9/11 U.S. Army veteran and journalist. The screening will be followed by an expert panel discussion featuring deported and repatriated veterans and an immigration lawyer from Immigrant Defenders Law Center — Southern California’s largest nonprofit deportation defense organization. The evening will conclude with a reception in the Durham Hall Lobby.
