The Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR) launches its 50th Anniversary Season with a new signature event celebrating Arizona’s global leadership. PCFR’s Global Envoy Lunch will gather international dignitaries, elected officials, and business leaders to toast the global future we continue to build—together.

This year, we will recognize Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego through PCFR's Global Envoy Award, honoring individuals who foster meaningful connections across the globe. Past recipients include Major General Kerry L. Muehlenbeck, the Honorable Barbara Barrett, former Speaker Rusty Bowers, and Dr. Sanjeev Khagram. At the lunch, Mayor Gallego will deliver remarks on the international state of the city through a fireside chat.
