Global Envoy Celebration
Since 2021, the Global Envoy Award has recognized individuals who embody the spirit of PCFR by demonstrating exceptional leadership in fostering meaningful connections across the globe. Originally presented at our annual holiday party, the award found a new home in 2025 with the launch of the Global Envoy Celebration, a signature event that now serves as the kickoff to PCFR's fall season.
PCFR is proud to present the 2026 Global Envoy Award to Ambassador Cindy McCain, one of Arizona's most distinguished global leaders and a tireless advocate for humanitarian action around the world.
As former Executive Director of the World Food Programme and a leading voice on humanitarian diplomacy, food security, and international cooperation, Ambassador McCain has dedicated her career to addressing some of the world's most pressing challenges.
On Friday, September 18, 2026, PCFR will host the 2nd Annual Global Envoy Celebration at The Camby Hotel, bringing together Arizona's diplomatic, business, civic, and philanthropic communities for a special luncheon honoring Ambassador McCain's extraordinary leadership and global impact.
