As part of its growing work on sports diplomacy, the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR) organized a special visit in October for representatives of the Consulate General of Japan in Los Angeles to the Phoenix Mercury's state-of-the-art training facility and a meeting with leadership from Player 15 Group, the organization behind the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury.
